Originally a painter Carolyn has made Artists Books for over twenty years. Mostly using woodcuts and a variety of formats including codex, concertina and carousels. Here work appears in individual and institutional collections across the uk, Europe and USA. Including the V&A, British Library, Tate, USA library special collections and Library of Congress. She shows regularly at the Oxford Fine Press Book Association Fair. She has collaborated for many years with the poet James Simpson.
