Next Stop BABE in Bristol

 

BABE dates Friday 26th June Saturday 27th this year 
- new venue Spike Island

Free event, all welcome. 11am- 5pm each day. We hope you can come along!
Our venue is a 20-minute stroll along the harbourside from the city centre: UWE Bristol City Campus at Spike Island, 133 Cumberland Rd, Bristol BS1 6UX

I shall be sharing a stand with Peter Chasseaud - Altazimuth Press but there will be a clear demarcation line between our work!

it was very well attended by very lovely people despite all the chaos going on in the streets

The project continues apace with new small scrapbooks and new larger size 'tarot' cards for contemplation... I still have a pile of large blocks cut but not yet printed waiting for me to complete and start on the large scrapbooks - I chose the images for the above cards and books for their suitability to work as cropped images by which I hoped to concentrate the emblem-ness more strongly. I will be working on completing the larger images from now on for completion by the time of the Oxford Fine Press Association Fair next Spring....
I will be showing the smaller ones as above next at BABE and then in my Open Studio weekends in September in Lewes ArtWave

New Events for the next few months 1926: INK PAPER PRINT, London Craft Week at the ArtWorkers Guild and LEWES Literary Society

 

Hi Everyone, We're delighted to announce that Ink Paper & Print is back in Lewes for a whole weekend!  The Fair is back at the Town Hall on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd May with the hall packed with amazing exhibitors.  If you're a fan of print, posters, cards, risos, screenprint, letterpress, artists' books, and more, then this Fair is for you!
